The Assessment Centre is an option for further additional assessment of potential candidates.
It focuses on identifying and verifying professional competence of candidates as well as assessing personality features of participants through interactive simulated situations under the supervision of qualified professionals with psychological background, managerial knowledge and skills.
The selected candidates solve various problem tasks in topically “tailored” model individual or (more often) group situations. Through their interactions we can detect and assess their professional as well as personal potential.
The great advantage of this method is the need to organise only one meeting, i.e. workshop, at which it is possible to decide relatively quickly on the qualities of a potential candidate and assess their utilisation.
An authorized professional/psychologist or several managers, according to the client’s discretion and needs, see individual candidates directly in “action” and actual business situations, so they can promptly respond to a potential alternative of their hiring in the company.
An outcome from this process is a candidate who is ready to enrich and strengthen the work team and to be an asset right from their start.
The entire selection process is much more efficient and less time consuming.
